Version1 of the web site was launched. It was a prototype created by the Website Administrator, Colin Winrow, with the permission, and on behalf of, the NSW Assemblies Evangelistic Mission (NSWAEM) in order to help initiate and facilitate the clear desire of those who attended the first Strength in Unity (SIU) Conference held in NSW at Camp Kedron in late August 2003. The desire to facilitate use of the World Wide Web and to help assemblies share information has also been confirmed at subsequent meetings held by the SIU movement, the NSW Assemblies Coordinating Conference and by the NSW Assemblies Evangelistic Mission's Board.
The Mission paid the two year registration fee to NetRegistry.com.au for the site's Domain Name and the fee for the first year of hosting at Nettro.com.au.
