Mr Graham Hayden is the Company Secretary and can be contacted here. He and other volunteers carry out a number of tasks to serve the needs of the Mission, the Outreach Book Service, and NSW Assemblies and Para-assembly organisations in general. (Note: Some tasks previously handled by the Mission Secretariat were transfered to the Secretary of the NSW Christian Brethren Coordinating Conference in early 2006.)

Coordinate & distribute prayer bulletins
Communicate with Assemblies on a range of matters
Coordinate the Assemblies booth at the annual Christian Resources Exhibition in Sydney
Represent Assemblies on some NSW interdenominational bodies
Secretary of Home Workers Advisory Council
