OUR MISSION
In our Homes, Lutanda Children's Services provides a secure Christian family environment, showing unconditional love and setting appropriate boundaries in which children are stabilised. We give children the opportunity to develop their own sense of self worth and significance. We support their spiritual, emotional and physical needs by modelling a balanced lifestyle of family relationships, education, sport, work ethic, and worship. We encourage restoration with families and significant others where appropriate
At Camp Toukley, Lutanda Children's Services provide a safe, challenging and educational Christian camping experience and the Lord Jesus Christ is presented. Campers are encouraged to grow in the Christian faith and leadership potential is developed in young people. Chaplaincy support is provided for nurturing and discipleship.
At Lutanda Haven, Lutanda Children's Services provides medium term accommodation for mothers and their children. We provide access to an affordable safe Christian environment and helpful ancillary services. Through modelling in a Christ centred context, we encourage practical living and parenting skills, independence and family reconciliation where possible.
